Encounters in Econometric Theory

May 14-15, 2025 - Paris School of Economics

Motivation

The "Encounters in Econometric Theory" workshop aims to unite young econometricians across Europe, fostering a collaborative environment to discuss and share their research.

Following the success of our previous editions at Nuffield College, Oxford, this year marks a significant evolution as we host the event outside its traditional setting at the Paris School of Economics!

Our goal is to create an intimate space where we can engage with one another, exploring theoretical econometrics and the challenges that inspire us.

This year you will also have the great pleasure and honour of listening to our two keynote speakers:

Clément De Chaisemartin (Sciences-Po Paris) and Martin Weidner (University of Oxford)!
